Juvelook vs Rejuran Healer in Korea: materials, units and price

Juvelook and Rejuran Healer are different materials: Juvelook combines poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) with hyaluronic acid, while Rejuran is a polynucleotide (PN) product. Both appear on the Seoul skin booster menus under their own units, and this guide lines up the materials, the menu items and the questions to take to a doctor, without ranking them.

How do Juvelook and Rejuran Healer differ?

They differ first in material. The manufacturer lists standard Juvelook as PDLLA 42.5 mg with hyaluronic acid 7.5 mg, and Juvelook Volume as PDLLA 170 mg with hyaluronic acid 30 mg. Rejuran is an injectable medical device containing polynucleotide (PN), intended for temporary improvement of facial wrinkles, and is not a hyaluronic acid filler.

Neither is presented here as better. Which one is proposed, if any, depends on your treatment area and goal, and is decided by a doctor at an in-person consultation.

Is Juvelook Volume the same as Juvelook?

No. Juvelook Volume is a separate product under the same brand, with stated amounts about four times those of standard Juvelook. The manufacturer lists Volume for acne scars, forehead, temples, nasolabial folds and facial sagging, and standard Juvelook for skin rejuvenation, tear trough and acne scars.

This is the manufacturer's own wording and not a regulator's approved indication. On the Seoul menus, standard Juvelook and Juvelook Volume are priced as separate items, so check which one a quote names.

Which Rejuran products are on the menu?

Classic, i, s and HB plus are distinct products in the PN-based Rejuran lineup, and HB plus also contains hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. At Gangnam the menu lists Rejuran Healer 2cc, Rejuran Eye 1cc, Rejuran HB Plus 1cc and 4cc.

Hongdae and Myeongdong also list Rejuran S 1cc, which Gangnam does not. Product names alone do not establish which option suits your treatment area, so confirm the exact product and its locally approved use before treatment.

What should you know about injection discomfort?

For Rejuran, the manufacturer notes that injection discomfort can occur and that the molecular weight and viscosity of PN can contribute to pain. A complete reaction list comes from the local instructions for use, which you should ask the clinic to show.

For Juvelook, what a person feels depends on the area, technique and individual sensitivity, not on the amount printed on the box. For both, ask the clinic for its own aftercare sheet and the product-specific reactions to expect.

How are they priced on the menu?

The table below shows regular single items at Gangnam as captured on 2026-10-12. Juvelook is priced per cc or per vial, and Rejuran by product line and cc.

Menu amounts differ slightly between branches for some items and exclude VAT. Promotions and trial offers also exist for both treatments; they are not listed here. Confirm the amount for your own date and plan.

What should you ask when choosing between them?

Bring questions that make the proposal explicit.

  • Which exact product is proposed, and why for my area?
  • What is the local approval or listed use of that product?
  • What does the quote cover: cc or vial, number of sessions, aftercare?
  • What injection discomfort and aftercare should I expect, and who do I contact after hours?
  • Do I have allergies relevant to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine, which HB plus contains?

How do the two compare on materials and menu?
